In other words, make sure you know what we do and you've experienced it in some way. That could mean shopping for one of our products and services or attending one of our events. When you've at least interacted with us, we know you’re familiar with us on a deeper level than someone who just knows us a ‘Motorcycle Dealership.’

Be passionate about what we do.

You might have purchased a t-shirt or been through our service department, but that doesn't necessarily mean you’re passionate about our mission. When you’re passionate about anything, you’ll stand out. So make sure your passion shines through in your correspondence and any interviews you have with us. We want people passionate about doing work that matters!

Research beforehand.

More than likely, we have a lot more going on here at Youles Motorcycles than you realise. At first glance, you may see the ‘fun’ of working around cool stuff all day, but if you look deeper, you will realise that, while we sell motorcycling fun, we work on a solid foundation of business acumen. Use that knowledge and, in the interview, surprise us with what you know!

Be purposeful in how you apply.

Don’t use the shotgun approach, simply applying for every job that sounds fun. Be intentional about applying for the opportunity that meets your passion, skill set, and a future mission. When we see someone who’s applied for multiple jobs with us at one time, well, it seems desperate. We want passionate people because our customers sense if you’re working for them, or your pay-cheque.

Get to know someone who knows us or works here.

Be patient.
