The Famous Youles Big Ride Out
Sunday 25th March
Everyone is welcome on our annual ride out through the Trough of Bowland, ending up with Corn Beef Hash at our Blackburn shoowroom.
Leaves the Blackburn showroom at 9am, over the Trough to Caton and back through Slaidburn, to arrive back at Blackburn for approximately 12 noon. Then join us for our traditional corned beef hash lunch. Perfect day.

Annual Motorcycle Sprint at Hoghton Tower
Sunday 1st April 10.00am—4.00pm
The famous long drive at Hoghton Tower is the centre piece for this test of nerves and skill as competitors compete for glory at this very popular national event.
Admission £8 per person, children free accompanied by an adult.
Youles will have a stand there so come and visit us and enjoy an extremely entertaining day out.

Triumph 2012 Sneak Preview
Here is a sneak preview of some of the pre-launch details we have for Triumphs exciting 2012 new bikes.
New 1200 Tiger for 2012
At Triumph I was able to see the new Tiger 1200 before the Milan show and its official launches. What a bike!
This bike is really going to be something. ABS traction control, onboard computer, fly by wire and a low seat that makes it ideal for the vertically challenged (you could feel comfortable on this bike with a 28″ inside leg and yet in the normal seat position a 36″ leg would be equally suited).
There is an under seat storage facility and a raft of extras that will all be available from launch. The welding and finish on this bike is exceptional, the fasteners – even down to the radiator bracket – are a work of art. Although no price has been released we recon early indications are between £11500 and £11800
To secure this bike all we require is a £300 deposit. We can also set up a deal where we give an advanced value on your part exchange. The PCP (personal contract purchase figures) on this machine are not available yet but they are sure to be exceptional.
New Speed Triple R for 2012
This bike takes the already brilliant Speed Triple into the stratosphere with the latest spec Öhlins NIX30 43mm forks at the front, with a TTX36 unit at the rear Ohlins. PVM five spoke light alloy wheels – 1.7kg lighter than standard. Brembo four piston callipers and switchable ABS finished with a red sub frame and a few nice touches of carbon fibre the best just got a whole lot better. These Ohlins units are the best road units that Ohlins supply and with an uplift of only £2500 on the current model this package is a bargain.

New Steve McQueen Bonny for 2012
As authorised by the Steve McQueen estate, this bike has been produced to feel like the bike that Steve requested from the Meriden factory for the famous film The Great Escape. In khaki green and single seat each bike is numbered and there is a limited number being produced. Probably a better bet than putting your money into Euros, this has got to be an appreciating asset. How nice to have it sat in the garage ready to take out on those little trots around the Peak District or Yorkshire Dales. Again no price has been confirmed but we are expecting about £7700

British Legion Poppy Appeal
Youles support the launch of the British Legion Poppy Appeal in Manchester Cathedral.
Approximately 300 motorcyclists from all over Lancashire attended the launch of The Poppy Appeal at Manchester Cathedral. The appeal was launched jointly by the bishop of Manchester along with the eleven Mayors of Manchester and representatives of all the armed forces. The service in the Cathedral was dedicated to the launch of the poppy appeal. Youles Motorcycles supplied a Triumph T100 as a focal point and this was displayed at the back of the Cathedral, stood on a Union Jack Triumph mat.
Youles Motorcycles are thrilled to have been involved in such a worthy cause and wish the appeal all the success it deserves.
