JOB TITLE: AFTER SALES CO ORDINATOR MANCHESTER
RESPONSIBLE TO: GENERAL MANAGER
DUTIES

The successful applicant is expected to be a good communicator having had experience in dealing with customers directly.  A polite helpful manner and honest character is essential. Although good product knowledge is desirable training will be given to a quick and enthusiastic learner. Customer satisfaction is essential and you will be a key member of the team ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded. You will be based on the service desk and your duties will include the processing of warranty claims for both new and used vehicles. Other duties will include tracking jobs through our busy workshops and keeping customers updated with regular progress reports.

You will also be responsible for scheduling of collections and deliveries along with a variety of administration duties. Sales of parts, clothing, helmets and accessories will be required either over the counter or by mail order. Computer literacy although not essential will be an advantage.

Hours of work will be four week days 9.00hrs to 18.00hrs and Saturday 9.00hrs to 17.00hrs.  Holiday entitlement will be 20 days plus bank holidays.  Renumeration will reflect your experience and the responsibility that goes with the job to be discussed at interview.

JOB TITLE: VAN DRIVER / VALETER
RESPONSIBLE TO: MANAGER
DUTIES

The successful applicant is expected to be a good communicator and have a polite and helpful manner. Product knowledge will be helpful along with a keen interest in motorcycles and scooters. A full motorcycle and car licence is required and a fork lift licence would be an advantage. You will be responsible for van driving and valeting.

Other duties will include preparation of new machines and some unskilled technical procedures. You will have on occasion direct contact with customers and will be expected to maintain the high levels of customer satisfaction that the business has managed to achieve.  Training will be given by our qualified technicians.
Your main job location will be Manchester, however on rare occasions you may be required to work in our Blackburn branch. Your days of work will be Tuesday through to Saturday 8.30hrs to 16.30 hrs. You will be entitled to 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
