Last night we went to view Dale Winfields collection of Classic and unusual motorcycles I took the opportunity to give the Rocket an airing. The trip had been organised by the Triumph owners club and a few of us tagged along , all meeting at Winfields in Haslingden. A convoy took us to the location of the motorcycles a bit like the acid house parties of the eighties. Once inside what a collection, to say un believable is an understatement and a testament to the mans motorcycling enthusiasm just the sheer number, Everything from G50,7R,  Suzuki RE5, Triumphs, Vincents, plenty of Guzzis and other Italian brands to name but just a few. Some are restored to a high standard and some are awaiting restoration. Just fantastic had a great night thoroughly enjoyed myself and wetted my classic bike appetite ( like it really needed it).
